Default Exclusions
One per line. These prefill the Exclusions section on every new quote and stay editable per quote.
State License Numbers
| State | License Number |
|---|
The matching license prints as the bottom row of the footer based on the state selected on each quote.
Tax Rates by State
| State | Tax Rate (%) |
|---|
One rate per state. What defaults to taxable on a quote follows each state's rules: Texas taxes only rentals, refrigerant, material and equipment on new construction and the whole job on commercial remodel. New Mexico taxes the entire job either way. Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana do not tax labor and you pay tax on materials at purchase, so nothing is collected from the customer by default. The taxable boxes on each quote follow these rules and stay adjustable per line item.
